REIKI LEVEL ONE TRAINING & ATTUNEMENT

Join Reiki Master Teacher Shannon McNally for this special training opening you to the profound nature of energy healing.

Reiki Level One is the introduction to Reiki, initiating you into the healing practice of the Usui Reiki system. Level One Attunement gives you the ability to begin to use Reiki to heal yourself and others.  

This training will be divided into two parts:  Learning and Attunement.  

Learning Phase:

During the learning phase, you’ll learn about what Reiki is, the history of the practice, and the philosophy of how it works.  In addition, you’ll learn:

• Introduction to the Chakras & Chakra Anatomy

• Ethics of Practice

• How to conduct a Reiki Session

• Traditional hand placements for healing others

• Self-Healing Techniques

• Developing Your Intuition

• 21 Day Integration Process

• Meditation Techniques to ground & clear your energy

Attunement:

Each student will have 1:1 time with your Reiki Master Teacher for your attunement.  You will be connected to Reiki energy and can begin to feel the energy sensation through your hands.  After your attunement, you’ll practice in clinic with your fellow students.

Upon completion of the two day course, you’ll receive your Reiki Level One Certification through the Usui lineage.
